Frequently asked questions
Are your Yoga classes suitable for beginners?
Most definitely yes. Our 'Beginners Hatha Flow' class is the perfect place for those who are at the start of their yoga journey, who haven't been practicing for long, or who feel low in confidence attending classes. It is so important to us that people feel welcomed, comfortable, and positive when they start yoga. We understand many people get that little voice in their head that says 'I'm not flexible enough, 'I'll look silly', 'it will be too hard for me'. Your strength and flexibility will develop over time, as well as gaining all of the life changing mental benefits that come with yoga. We will ensure we create a non-pressured, non-judgemental environment, in which you can embrace yoga!
How much do your classes cost?
Claim your FREE taster class! Just click our sessions button, and use the promo codes noted at the top of the page and book on. Most regular yoga classes are £10 drop in, but if you book the 6 class pass package, it's £8.30 per class. These passes do not have to be used consecutively, and do not expire. Prices for different workshops and courses will vary. You can attend one class free, then if you think Ocean Mind is the right fit for you, we can discuss class package options going forward if you're interested in regular attendance.
